The difference
With a floor plan — measured by me
This is what almost no website builder includes. A floor plan has to be measured on site. I have been measuring properties for estate agents since 2009, and since 2022 here in the Marina Alta. With me it is simply part of the package, at no extra cost.
For a holiday rental that is not a nice extra. It is exactly what your guest wants to know before booking.

2D floor plan, clean and uncluttered
Measured on site, by me. Without dimension lines or floor areas — your guest is not going to measure anything, they want to see how the house fits together. It reads more calmly that way. Want the measurements shown? I will add them; just say so beforehand.
Full website with your copy
I write the copy, you review it and change whatever you want differently. You do not get an empty template to spend weeks filling in yourself.
Professional photo shoot on location
A photographer visits and delivers twenty to twenty-five edited photographs. This is the part that actually rents your property, because guests book on images.
Aerial photography by drone
Shows what cannot be photographed from the ground: the setting, the view, the garden as a whole and how close you are to the sea.
Three languages of your choice
Dutch, English, German or Spanish — you choose which three. Written, not run through a translation engine, because a guest sees straight through that.
Availability calendar
Free and booked periods at a glance. It saves you enquiries for weeks that were taken long ago.
Enquiry form, WhatsApp and Google Maps
The enquiry lands straight in your inbox. With WhatsApp alongside, because that is what most guests prefer to answer on.

Drone video of up to one minute
A short film running at the top of your home page. This is the visible difference between your site and the one next door.

Your guest books and pays the deposit immediately. No more chasing confirmations: the booking is fixed the moment they press send.
Shared calendar with Airbnb, Booking and VRBO
One calendar for all your channels. If someone books through Booking, that week closes on your own site too. That is how you avoid double bookings.

A Spanish website is legally required to state a number of things. That is included as standard — not billed afterwards as extra work.

If you have an NRU, that number and the location appear on the site. It is compulsory in every advertisement.

Most guests look on their phone. The site is built for that first, not adapted to it afterwards.

The site stays yours. The monthly fee keeps it running — you are not tied to a platform that switches your site off the day you cancel.
Service
Someone who answers when something comes up. One content change a month — new rates, different photographs, an extra period. And your site simply keeps running: hosting, domain, SSL, updates and backups are covered.
Direct Booking
Everything in Service, plus the shared calendar with Airbnb, Booking and VRBO — subscription included and managed through me.
Minimum term twelve months. Paying a year in advance means you pay for ten months instead of twelve.

What counts as one holiday property?
Any unit you rent out separately. If you have an upper and a lower apartment, that is two: each with its own photographs, its own floor plan and its own availability calendar, because they can be booked independently. Up to two are included in BOOKINGS. A third or fourth costs € 350 each.
Can I upgrade from PRESENTATION to BOOKINGS later?
Yes. You pay the difference plus whatever additional work applies at that moment. Many owners start with PRESENTATION and add online booking once they see how many direct enquiries come in.
I already have photographs. Does that reduce the price?
Yes, and it can save you money. If you have a recent shoot by a professional photographer, send it with your enquiry. If the photographs are good enough, I take the shoot out of the price. If they are too dark, crooked or cluttered, I will say so honestly — poor photographs cost you bookings, and every site I build is my own calling card.
How long before my site is live?
Allow three to four weeks after the visit. We schedule that visit for a day when the property is empty and tidy, and that is usually what sets the pace — in July and August your house is simply full.
What happens if I stop the monthly service?
You keep everything. The domain is in your name, the site is yours and you can take it to whoever you like. You only need to arrange hosting yourself, because that is the service you were paying for. The minimum term is twelve months.
Do I have to maintain the availability calendar myself?
With PRESENTATION, yes: you tell me which periods are taken and I update them, or you do it yourself if you prefer. With BOOKINGS, no: your calendar runs in step with Airbnb, Booking and VRBO, so a booking there closes that week on your own site too.

First conversation
We call or meet. I look up your property in the land registry and give you a fixed price straight away — no estimate revised later.
One visit
The photographer and I come on a single day. The property needs to be empty and tidy. Photographs, drone and measuring in one go.
Building
You see the site before it goes live, with the copy in every language. Two rounds of changes are included.
Live
Domain, SSL and Google are set up. Everything in your name — if you ever stop, you keep it all.
Important
Everything is in your name
Your domain, your Google profile, your statistics, your booking data. I am the administrator, not the owner. If you stop the service, the site remains yours and you can take it to whoever you like. That sounds obvious, but with most subscription providers your site disappears the day you cancel.
Honestly
What a website will not do
Your property will not reach the top of Google for “villa rental Moraira”. Booking and Airbnb sit there, with marketing budgets no single property can match. Anyone who promises you otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver.
What your own site does do: the guest who already knows your house — from an advertisement, a recommendation, or last year — searches for your name and books directly with you. That saves you the commission, and you get your guest's email address instead of the platform.
